Once you have placed your order, please send your loved one’s ashes in a small, sealed package to our workshop, including your order number, name, and contact details:

Care and Warranty
All Dollie Jewellery comes with a 1 year guarantee from the day of purchase, we will either repair or replace your item in this time. If your guarantee has expired, we can still repair it for a charge of £10.
