• Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt 
• Items must be unworn and unused
• Earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons
• Items must be in their original boxes

• Please include your order number with your item
• Refunds will be issued within 7 working days. Please obtain proof of postage
